I was walking down Connecticut Ave. to the Dupont metro at approximately 5:45 am on Thursday morning, on my way to work. A homeless man walking in the opposite direction saw me, stopped in the middle of the sidewalk, and began thrusting his hips. As I approached him, he started mumbling something about his “bulge growing.” I glared at him and yelled, “Ew! Seriously?” but there was no one else around and I didn’t want to engage him any further.
