Followed on foot in Shaw
Location: R St and Florida Avenue NW (Shaw)
Time: Daytime (9:30am-3:30pm)
I was walking along when I was passed by a man on a bike. He said something about how I was pretty; I ignored it. Then he parked his bike and began to follow me on foot. “You’re beautiful. You have beautiful hair. How long did it take you to grow that ponytail? Can I play with it? I want to touch it.” And on and on until he finally went away.
