Sexually Harassed in Columbia Heights
Location: 14th & Irving St NW (Columbia Heights)
Time: Night (7:30pm-12am)
As I was parting ways with my sister after dinner, we hugged and said we loved each other. And some random man decided it was okay to tell me he loved me more and complained and yelled after me as I ignored him and walked away.
